We all recognize that Twitter has been formally instituted by the White House and Obama staff. Of course we understand the power of social media, and the effect it can have on advocacy groups and now it's time for it to be used during the build up for this November. It appears that eight of the ten most followed Twitter accounts by members of Congress are Republicans, according to a new study of congressional Twitter usage.
